This is systems work, not marketing. We don't write ads or buy reviews. We build the plumbing that turns the visits and inquiries you already get into reviews and booked appointments.
1. Process map A 45 minute call and a one page map of how a visit, a review, and a new inquiry move through your business today: who touches what, which software holds it, and where things fall through.
2. Review requests after every visit An automatic text or email asking for a Google review, sent at the right moment after a visit or job, triggered from your scheduling or practice software where it supports it, or from a simple daily list where it doesn't. One polite reminder, then it stops.
3. Reply templates A set of ready to use replies for five star, mixed, and negative reviews, written in your voice, plus a short guide on when to reply publicly and when to take it offline. For healthcare practices the templates never confirm that someone is a patient or mention care details.
4. Lead capture that feeds your tools Website and Google Business Profile inquiry forms rebuilt or fixed so every lead lands in the place you actually work: your CRM, practice software, booking tool, or a shared inbox, with an instant confirmation to the person who asked. Tested end to end before handoff.
5. Monthly Google Business Profile report One page, every month: new reviews and your reply rate, rating trend, calls, direction requests and website clicks from Google, posts published, and how you compare with two nearby competitors. The first report covers your baseline.

Fixed scope, fixed price, half to start and half at handoff. No 12 month software contract from us. If a tool is needed, we use one you already pay for or a low cost one in your name, and you keep it if we part ways.

Month to month, cancel anytime.
Not included Paying for reviews, gating reviews so only happy customers are asked, fake reviews, or ads. Google's rules forbid the first three, and the fourth is marketing, not systems work.
