Signs It's Time
When a website makeover is worth it
Not every site needs one, but the tells are consistent. If two or three of these sound like yours, a redesign will usually pay for itself — and if it won't, we'll say so before you spend a dollar.
Dated & off-brand
It looks old and no longer fits the business
The design reads like the year it was built, and the company has moved on — new services, new pricing, a sharper story — while the site still describes who you were three owners of the business ago. When your storefront and your website disagree, customers trust the older one less.
Broken on phones
It isn't mobile-friendly or it's slow
Most of your visitors are on a phone, and if they have to pinch, zoom, and wait, most of them leave. A site that's clumsy on mobile or slow to load bleeds customers quietly, and Google notices the load times too. Speed and mobile aren't polish anymore — they're the floor.
Hard to update
Changing a single line means calling someone
If you can't fix a typo, swap a photo, or post an update without a support ticket and an invoice, the platform is working against you. A redesign is the moment to hand you a site you can actually run yourself.
Not earning
It looks fine but generates no leads
The prettiest site in town is still a failure if nobody calls. When traffic comes but the phone stays quiet, the problem is usually structure and clarity — weak calls to action, buried contact info, a path to hire you that isn't obvious. That's fixable, and it's the whole point.
