Questions Attorneys Ask
Frequently asked questions
Do you understand bar advertising rules?
We're developers, not your compliance counsel — but we build with the Florida Bar's advertising rules in mind: no fabricated testimonials, no “best lawyer” superlatives, no implied guarantees of results. That's convenient, because we don't put fake claims on anyone's website anyway. You or your Bar reviewer get final sign-off on all copy before launch.
Can potential clients send confidential details through the site?
The site runs entirely over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We also keep intake forms deliberately short — name, contact, matter type — and add clear language that submitting the form doesn't create an attorney-client relationship, so sensitive details wait for a protected channel.
We're stuck in a legal-directory vendor's proprietary platform. Can you get us out?
Usually, yes. Rescue work is one of our core services: we rebuild your content on a platform you own, preserve your search rankings with proper redirects, and hand you every login. No more renting your own website.
Who writes the practice-area content?
Either works. Some attorneys want to write their own pages and have us structure and polish them; others give us an outline per practice area and review our drafts. Legal accuracy is always yours to approve — we make it readable and findable.
What does a small-firm site cost?
We quote a fixed price after a short conversation about your practice areas and what the site needs to do — before any work starts. No hourly meter, no scope creep, no surprise invoices. You of all people appreciate a clean engagement letter.
